How To Get Started
Before you can be sure that coaching is a good option for you we like to do a no obligation consultation. We like to be able to have a conversation with each client prior to making the commitment of becoming their life coach. This first session does involve some coaching, so you will be able to see if life coaching is something that will benefit you. If for whatever reason we feel as though we are not "meshing" we have several other coaches for you to call whom may be a better "fit" for you and your goal set.

If you decide to go forward with coaching we will set up a "Gathering Session", which usually takes up to two hours and can be done over the phone, via email or in person. During this session we will have the opportunity to learn who you are, what motivates and excites you as well as what blocks and prevents you from moving forward with your goals. This allows me to design a map that will get you closer to your goal every week. After the Gathering Session, we will speak once a week by phone va email or in person for 30-45 minutes. Before each call you will be responsible for emailing me a coaching prep plan, highlighting the events and accomplishments of your week, make sure to also include what it is that you would like to accomplish during your upcoming session. This will allow me to catch up on your progress and be aware of what we have left to cover in order to reach your goals.

After each one of our weekly sessions we will leave you with some homework, this homework will be something pertaining to your goal that will get you closer to achieving it. The homework will be based off of your previous weeks' events and achievements. Many of your accomplishments will be achieved in between our weekly sessions. You will integrate what we discussed in our session with your day to day life and use the tools and homework assignments to supplement your experiences.

As part of your coaching package, you will have unlimited access to me in between scheduled appointments via email or phone. This will be helpful to you if you come across something you want to be coached on before your next session or to share some special news about your progress.

New clients initially commit to 3 months of coaching and many will complete a specific goal but continue coaching to address other areas of their life. We encourage an initial 3-month commitment, the first 30 days can seem difficult to some and we feel that the 3-month commitment will allow you to get the most 'bang for your buck!" Even though you are committed mentally for those 3 months, if for whatever reason you do not wish to continue, you are not obligated financially or in any other way bound to the commitment of 90 days of coaching.
